A “Work Package” delineates the framework of the LightCure Consortium project, with each segment concentrating on a particular subject or objective, such as research, communication, or management. Every work package includes defined tasks, a schedule, and a designated team. Typically, one consortium partner takes the lead on a work package while others assist with different work sections. Each package has clear objectives and expected deliverables, which helps keep the project organized, on track, and aligned with its overall goals.
